Delivery lead time
• All items are in stock unless marked as “Out of stock”
• Items marked as BACKORDER are made to order and will be shipped in 3-6 weeks.
• Delivery lead time for Standard Australian shipping is 2-5 business days after processing.
• Delivery lead time for Express Australian shipping is 1-2 business days after processing.
• Delivery lead time for DHL Express International shipping is 4-7 business days after processing.
Local and international shipping
• FREE local and international shipping.
• All orders are dispatched from Sydney (Australia) using Australia Post for local Australian orders and DHL Express for international orders.
International import taxes and duties
• When ordering from countries outside of Australia or New Zealand
Import taxes and duties to United States, Canada, United Kingdom and countries within the European Union are included in price (LDP). For shipments to all other countries, customers are responsible for any additional import taxes and duties that are billed locally.
• When ordering from Australia or New Zealand and shipping overseas
Import taxes and duties are not included in price for international shipments with the exception of shipments to New Zealand. Customers are responsible for any additional import taxes and duties that are billed locally.

Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and are able to provide proof of purchase, Bemboka may offer you an exchange provided the product is:
• unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and all tags attached;
• in saleable condition; and
• not subject to the exclusions listed below.
The exchange or refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase and you must provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Bemboka reserves the right to refuse a refund for change of mind. In such cases, Bemboka may allow an exchange that matches the current value of the products.
You will be required to only pay shipping cost to Bemboka.
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products, as change of mind returns will not be provided on:
• discontinued range;
• made-to-order items; or
• products on sale.
Damaged or faulty goods
Bemboka will replace or repair any faulty goods as per Australian Consumer Law.
Bemboka will arrange pickup and replacement of items incorrectly shipped.
Proof of purchase
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase from the bemboka.com online store.
