Shipping Rates & Taxes

  • Complimentary DHL Express shipping on orders over $300. A $60 shipping & duty fee applies to orders under $300. No duties or taxes on delivery (DDP).

Dispatch Time

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 business day.

Delivery Lead Times (After Dispatch)

  • DHL Express international delivery: 3-5 business days.

Availability & Backorders

  • All items are in stock unless marked Backorder or Out of Stock.
  • Backorder items are either in transit or made to order. Lead times are 3-6 weeks unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.
  • For Out of Stock items, select Notify Me When Available and we’ll email you as soon as they’re back.

Shipping info

  • All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
  • We use Australia Post for Australian deliveries and DHL Express for international deliveries.
  • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Our Returns Policy is all about making your shopping experience more enjoyable.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind and are able to provide proof of purchase, Bemboka may offer you an exchange provided the product is:

  • unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and all tags attached;
  • in saleable condition; and
  • not subject to the exclusions listed below.

The exchange or refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase and you must provide satisfactory proof of purchase.

You will be required to only pay shipping cost back to Bemboka in Sydney (Australia)

Exclusions

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products, as change of mind returns will not be provided on:

  • discontinued range;
  • made-to-order items; or
  • products on sale.

Damaged or faulty goods

Bemboka will replace or repair any faulty goods as per Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect delivery

Bemboka will arrange pickup and replacement of items incorrectly shipped.

Proof of purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase from the bemboka.com online store.
