Osborn House

Located in the Southern Highlands, Osborn House is a restored boutique hotel that balances its historic character with a contemporary design approach. Originally dating back to the 1890s, the property has been carefully reimagined with a focus on detail, materiality, and a refined guest experience.

Bemboka supplied textiles for the hotel’s interiors as part of the refurbishment. White Jacquard towelling was selected for the bathrooms, adding a clean contrast within the space. The premium rooms are also finished with Angora and Merino Wool Chain Rib blankets — a soft, considered layer that sits comfortably within the property’s heritage-meets-contemporary interiors.
